Chicken Wings with Spicy Dipping Sauce

4 pounds jumbo chicken wings, thawed

Marinade:
1 cup apple cider
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot chili powder
1 ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
½ tsp. salt
Ground pepper to taste

Combine marinade ingredients and mix well in large bowl.  Place chicken wings in zip lock bag and pour in marinade.  Marinate at least four hours before grilling.  Grill chicken wings turning occasionally until done.  Serve with Spicy Dipping Sauce.

Spicy Dipping Sauce:
¾ cup real mayonnaise
1 tsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cumin

Mix together and refrigerate until wings are ready. Serve sauce on the side.
